  We have seen Dr. Yin Fu for the last two years and I am very impressed with his knowledge plus the time he takes to answer all my momma questions on my daughter's issues. Dr. Katherine is also very kind and both go way and beyond to take care of my baby girl. Staff is beyond amazing also!!! Keep up the good work

  So my daughter has a MIC Key feeding implant. It gets really bad granulation tissue around the implant. So I take her there to get silver nitrate around the implant to cauterize the granulation tissue. They use either one-two sticks of silver nitrate and it takes maybe five minutes if my daughter doesn't cooperate. Got a bill today. Luckily my wife has amazing insurance, but if she didn't, we would have had to pay $183.00. That is grossly overpriced, and shows what is wrong with American healthcare. For a box of 100 sticks, it is around $40 on Amazon. I will no longer be taking her there for silver nitrate and will either just do it at home or take her to the Native clinic.

  Dr. Jay and Dietitian Katherine were amazing! They listened to all of my concerns and thoroughly explained their recommendations and made me feel extremely comfortable having them treat my son. My son is autistic & nonverbal. I've had a lot of drs brush my concerns aside. It was nice to have a team care and show support like they have.

  It can be hard to get in as soon as you need to, even even the doctor is telling you to come back. That said, Dr Shahein has really gone above and beyond for my son! He did a peer-to-peer review with both of our insurance companies to get my son's treatment approved. He has called and/or messaged me even outside of office hours to respond to my concerns. His bedside manner takes a bit of getting used to, but I feel like he really cares about my son's health and quality of life. Katherine (dietician) is also fantastic. Both of them take their time with us and answer all of my questions.
