  Overcrowded lobby, front desk receptionist was cold and didn’t even look at me, and was given no instruction after I robed so just sat with other women not knowing what was going on. The procedure itself was quick and professional but the rest of the office staff needs to step up.

  After 2 years of repeat inconclusive mammograms every 6 months at OSU I finally asked to be referred to a specialist. Everyone at St Francis Breast center from the girls at the front desk to the Dr and my Mammogram tech were absolute amazing, kind, thorough and informative. I will recommend this facility to everyone!! Thank you

  Saint Francis Breast center was fantastic!! From the front desk to the back office Dr. Barrett and her nurses were amazing! They walked me through every step of the way and the nurses answered my questions and concerns so well that I didn’t even have any questions for Dr. Barrett lol!! They were very detailed on both office visits. I had a really awesome experience everyone in the office made me feel calm and comfortable couldn’t have had a better experience just amazing doctor, nurses and staff members!! Thank you ladies so so much for your services!

  I have been going here for years. I've never had trouble making an appointment. The staff members are wonderful, they make an awkward situation very comfortable, and their system is very efficient. The facilities are warm and inviting. I would highly recommend them.
