Today was my first class and I LOVED it! Anna was my instructor and she explained everything before class and then she helped me with modifications during the class because she could tell I needed them! lol The staff was friendly and I can't wait to sign up for regular classes!

Hands down the most mind body challenging workout I've ever done... And I've done it all! And the best thing all sizes shapes and ages can make it work for them. You feel welcome and challenged the second you walk in the door. When you walk out you feel successful and stronger in mind & body than when you walked in! Try it. You'll be glad you did.
