  Fast and knowledgeable. Took great care of my child and didn't beat around the bush. They were considerate and even thought they had to treat some children that had more severe injuries, they still got to us quickly.

  The attending should supervise the baby "doctor" better. I'm very disappointed. Was a huge waste of time.

  Very slow and terribly long wait times. One of the receptionists was very unfriendly. My son was sent to the ER from the Pediatric Urgent Care at 91st and Memorial for a finger abscess. I am very unsatisfied with their service as well because they refused to treat my son and instead sent us to the ER. It obviously was NOT an emergent situation because we literally saw four children taken back before my son was taken back to be seen by the doctor. These other children appeared happy and healthy, even smiling although my son was crying in pain. The whole ordeal took five hours and I’m sure will cost at least $1000. This needs process improvement.
