It’s gold star treatment and Gary is the most knowledgeable I have ever had over the years I have been in hearing aids. Tina goes above and beyond taking care of the customer needs. Post-sale service is obnoxiously difficult to schedule. Half the time only one person is in the office, and if it is a man talking to someone, he has no idea how to handle more than one customer in the store at once.
