What I did like was everything. I’m in my 70s and very experienced with medical offices so when I say that this office is run better than any medical office I can recall being in, then I think that’s a profound statement. I’m met four of the employees and every one of them was professional, proficient, friendly, and accommodating. For minor emergency care I’m going to start going to Medwise instead of Saint Francis.

They did a flu, covid, and strep test - all negative - and told me to treat the pain and symptoms with over the counter items. No antibiotic.

We were on day 3 of tough symptoms, she barely had energy to walk in the clinic but they made her experience very tolerable. We were so happy with the care we received, the treatment information for how to manage persistent cold and flu symptoms and more importantly- how to care for and treat her when it feels like symptoms are worsening.
