I was sent a patient portal to update my info on my chart before I arrived, which was great b/c when I arrived, I simply had to give my name for check in and was put in a room less than 5 mins later. I received excellent care, my issue was taken care of & I was told to make sure to visit my primary as my blood pressure reading was not great. I also had to get a shot due to my issue, and they set a timer and had me stay in the room until it went off to be assured I didn’t have any adverse reaction to the medicine I was given. The staff was excellent in greeting and tending to me, they paid good attention, answered all my questions, and I was out of there within 30 mins total (including my wait time on medicine reaction before I left). Thank you Woodland Hills Med-Wise Staff for a (if you can use the this term when describing a Dr visit lol) wonderful experience late on a Wednesday evening!
