  The people at this location are always super kind, quick, and will educate you with anything needed to be done. I have been here multiple times with all of my kids and the always exceed expectations!

  Probably won't be coming back to this medwise. Not only did they mark my weight 100 lbs over but they don't answer when you're trying to get into the patient portal. I'm a large woman not a truck. I already have issues with self image and that made it worse. At least if you don't know because you can't see the scale ask. Damn. You don't have to make your ignorance that known.

  What's the point of making an appointment if they are just going to let every walk in take your allotted time? They at least had the decency to let me know when I arrived (15 min early) for my APPOINTMENT that I'd be waiting longer than what's normally expected when you make an APPOINTMENT. If you're not going to honor that time don't offer the service. Just do walk ins. That's a simple solution. From a patient standpoint, this looks like they are trying to cram as many insurance payments, i mean, patients in as they possibly can collect.

  Had an excruciating migraine all day, one that my meds at home wouldn't touch. Finally decided I had enough at went to MedWise as it's 2 miles from home. Had appointment and back home in around 40 minutes with headache starting to ease. If I had gone to one of the big hospital based urgent cares, it would have easily taken at least 4-6 hours and not half as friendly as the staff at MedWise.
