- AHAmelia Hadley4 days ago1.0Unfortunately I didn't follow the directions as well as I should have so my scheduled visit was a little delayed which was my fault. However, nurses coming in to remove the bed from my examining room was not my fault. It took them two tries and the person who was trying to take my information had to stop and step out. They finally muscled the bed out and we started the process again and another girl rushed into the room and started going through cupboards looking for something. I gave up at that point, picked up my belongings and told the attending nurse that this was extremely unprofessional and walked away. It actually was really stupid. We could have vacated the room but somebody had on such strong perfume that I could taste it and because I was having breathing issues, it was making it worse. That was why we were on that side of the building.

Filled out all the necessary online paperwork prior to my appointment and was the first one called back to be seen even though there were other people that walked in before me. All staff were very professional, friendly, informative, reassuring, and comforting. Got seen quickly. Very nice, clean facility. 😊

All the nurses and front desk staff and the doctor were very kind and that's very hard to find especially at an urgent care. They even let my son have a little sticker on his way out, and they were extremely fast for this time of year. I definitely will be coming back. This is the best experience I've had an urgent care by far!
