I was a patient in the inpatient facility there. However, now that I’m not in there and I’m, I’m trying to get an appointment for the outpatient. This is going on The fifth week in a row that I have left a message because apparently nobody answers that phone number and it will send you to leave a voicemail, but nobody will call me back. I’ve been really struggling. They promised me how they would be able to help me with inpatient, but I guess that was just a lie. That I think it was just to make me feel that I would feel more comfort and satisfied when they released me. Now I’m just worse where I’m started. It’s so disappointing. I don’t understand that you can’t get help until people you go there and you show them that you’re hurting yourself or something because nobody since I moved back to Tulsa because of my illness I can’t get an appointment anywhere. I should’ve never left Fort Worth the biggest mistake of my life.

Communication is not fantastic. Will be Moving care. Been hung up on, told to go online after requesting a call back because I don't have access to the portal, and struggle with memory issues anyway.
The main doctors are professional enough clinically, just not so great with communication.
