  Had ankle replacement surgery and during stay I had mostly all caring nurses who stayed on top of things but one tech, Rycah, was her name i think and she was so caring and kind. She was the only tech who always made sure my icepacks were full and if not she made sure it was done. She was encouraging and could tell she was here to help.

  I received great care during my stay for a hip replacement surgery. My nurse tech Rubie was the best. She did not appear irritated no matter how many times I had to call for assistance to go to the bathroom. And it was a lot!! Rubi was bubbly and very cheerful. She even asked me questions about myself which helped me to not think about the pain walking to the bathroom was causing me. More hands were needed on deck for discharge because there were multiple patients being discharged at the same time. That is the reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.
