- EJEddie JohnsonFeb 12, 20265.0Tony Rainwater came out a couple months ago and we walked around the house, looking at the front and back doors. We decided on a ramp for the front door. He got the okay from the VA about 1-2 months later. These two young men drove four hours to come and install this ramp for me. This is through the VA. The VA got this one RIGHT! These young men are bright intelligent and very knowledgeable and motivated to do a fantastic job. Took them less than two hours to complete the job. They answered every question I had and explained upkeep & maintenance procedures. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone!
