When Tony arrived to measure for an estimate. I found him very experienced and knowledgeable. He demonstrated NONE of the condescending attitude I have often encountered in my 50 years of using a wheelchair. Tony first asked about my needs and preferences. Then gave me several options for ramp layout. He was prompt in scheduling my installation once I approved the design and estimate. He completed the installation in under 2 hours, clearly explained the restrictions on weight and de-icing products to be used in winter, and hauled off my old ramp. I and all my friends are very pleased with the new ramp. Now, all I need is for my little dog to get used to walking on the new surface when we go out for our daily walk!
