  Worst experience ever Pretty bad when you have to beg for oxygen from a company who could care less Customer service is non existent and they can't keep anything straight Hospitals need to stop using them Now I'm stuck with them

  I didn’t know customer no service could be this bad. There is obviously something wrong at all saints. The people answering the phone are instantly hateful and short. There is nothing saintly about it. My whole experience wreaked of burnout. To anyone listening, if you have a choice find a different provider. These people obviously do not care.

  I’ve have tried to work with all saints did several years and their customer service has been atrocious. When insurance forces you to use one company they feel like they don’t have you provided quality service. It’s taken over a month to get supplies and when I finally get authorization and told to pick them up they still aren’t available. I will never recommend anyone to use this company.
