  We enrolled our child with ACES. When our child started therapy in-clinic, one of our biggest complaints was that our morning BI (Behavioral Interventionist?) was always late. The final straw occurred when we found out 4 days later that our son had almost escaped the facility. They do not have adequate protections on the doors to keep your child from making it to the outside, our child who is normally afraid of no one is afraid of the interim clinical director, there are just way too many red flags with this place. The BIs seem overworked, they're so focused on having to chart in their iPads that they've lost sight of the children they're trying to help grow. Company needs to reflect on the things it's lost as it's grown in size and remember why it exists.

  My son is 3.5 and Autistic. He has attended for 3 months now, and he LOVES it. He bounces and hops all the way to the door and tries to push it open! He is learning lightening quick. These therapists know how to get him interested in learning. He also keeps his autonomy and diversity while learning to navigate our world and still be comfortable in his. He still flaps, spins, and runs. But he can also sit and participate in activities with his nursery at church! No more drive by feeding! The staff are amazing and he LOVES them. Makes me a happy momma to see him finally blooming and growing and opening up more to us. So excited we found this place. No inflexible rules. Just real staff who understand our kiddos. We found it just in time. We can't wait to see how much it grows and expands.
