  Trisha Parks was fine at first, but she gradually stopped seeing me personally and had her nurse practitioner handle visits. I wanted a consistent provider, but it felt like I was just a number. She wouldn’t discuss tubal surgery due to my age, even though I’ve never wanted kids. When I tried returning years later, the office made switching providers complicated and never followed up after they said they would. Unprofessional and disorganized.

  Whoever i spoke with on the phone was very rude and cut me off as soon as she could… Just wanted to ask if they deliver with st francis… considered switching obgyns at first but not anymore

  Dr Christy is by far the best ob I’ve ever had, she has been reassuring, encouraging, and genuinely listened to my concerns throughout my pregnancy. She is a God send. She really cares about her patients and their babies

  I’ve never given a one-star review in my life, but I feel I need to share this. I was excited, as a new patient, to finally begin the process of establishing care with a female gynecologist for the first time in my life. I was assigned to Dr. Christy and I cannot explain how horrible my experience was. She presented to me with a careless, exhausted attitude. Her nurse was no better. She never read my intake paperwork and when I tried to explain the concerns I have been having, she acted like I was embellishing symptoms and did not take me seriously. I left feeling embarrassed, dismissed, confused, and like I was a burden to deal with. I can’t express how awful my experience was and I am only writing this review in hopes that it saves someone else from going through the same thing.

  They front desk lady was very rude and I was four min late on my first appointment and they said I was late so she said she had to ask the nurse and she came back and said we have to reschedule because the doctor was leaving to go to the hospital I was very disappointed in the way they acted towards me.
