They have mismanaged nearly every aspect of the healthcare process in regards to my appointments, payments, and prescription refills, at times even deliberately. I was contacted by the manager of the Tulsa Hills facility who was extremely rude, and unprofessional, to the extent that it is concerning, at the very least. This person has also threatened my pharmacy (on a recorded line) to deliberately prolong the delivery of my prescription refills in the past. I have been patient, understanding, and very respectful of their time and struggles, and for almost a year, I have given them multiple chances to work out the issues. The result is that it has only gotten worse. It is unacceptable, unprofessional, disrespectful, and absolutely the worst behavior I have ever seen from a medical healthcare facility in any capacity. I have spoken with other patients at the facility, who have described very similar occurrences (mainly resulting from the manager) of this Tulsa Hills location. There are some good people here, that were nice to deal with, and seem to have a similar opinion, as well, about the office manager, who apparently is just an unprofessional person overall, who seems to be easily irritated by the tasks that her job requires. I strongly suggest that this is looked into, and promptly handled, as I know that there are others that feel the same as I do, and two that have already changed providers as a result.
