  Staff very friendly, all concerns were addressed and I felt great to finally have a health team that really understands the issues of older people.

  i just got transferred to a Dr. Kaur and i have only seen her twice after my stroke and the second visit i had today was absolutely horrific. The Doctor had an attitude as soon as she walked in and she was going over some things and as soon as i asked her about my stroke results and the medication i was questioning ....she flipped out and was yelling at me like i was a child and said how i wasn't her patient to begin with but i should not be questioning her about my care, and i said but you are my doctor and i have several questions and i dont get why you are so angry for asking a question and why you have an attitude about my care. It was not a pretty picture after that because i will not be bullied by any Doctor for asking a question. So she than told me that i should request another Doctor because she doesn't want me as a patient, and i asked her why, because i questioned you and she kept saying this won't be a good fit. I was appalled by her outrage with me. Anyways i am still upset over this whole thing and how she acted so unprofessional. This Facility is not for me!!! Never have i ever seen a doctor act this way to a patient. Wow!! I would never recommend this facility for keeping such a doctor

  Customer service was excellent and all encountered staff were kind. My PCP Dr. Lambert was patient, very kind, behaved as though she cared and wanted to hear what I had to say. I recommend them highly.
