    I take care of a four month old with a Trach and a GTube. His suction machine stopped. They provided a plug in one and promised to bring in a new one yesterday. It never showed.

    I would give this place negative reviews if I could. They are not helpful, phone etiquette is awful. Cannot speak to a supervisor even when you request one. Was told to hold for one and they never came. Sent the requested documentation on multiple occasions (even have fax confirmation) and when you call to see status your told “we need the documentation sent again” If you need anything quickly or followed up on this IS NOT the place.

    My wife had a scheduled appointment at 8:40 a.m. The sign on the door states that the office opens at 8:00 a.m., so we arrived at 8:25. However, the door did not open until 8:37. The staff member assigned to assist my wife arrived at 8:35, but did not greet us or offer any explanation. She immediately got on her phone, made a call, and then told us that someone else was on the way. While she was on the phone, another employee walked by. I knocked on the door twice; they looked in our direction but continued walking without acknowledging us. When the staff member finally let us in, my wife was the only client in the office, yet she was not seen until 8:53 a.m. We did receive an apology from someone who said, “Sorry, we were in a meeting.” This entire experience left us wondering—what happened to true customer service?

    I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Talk about a run around and the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing! All I needed was a simple knee scooter, all I received from them was a run around!!! Missing this missing that when I know all the information that was sent by the Dr was complete and they kept saying is wasn’t!! If they didn’t know what Dr sent it how did they send him request for more complete paperwork??? I would really rate them in the negative if I could!!
