  Very amazing experience.The staff was very respectful and loving and caring. I can't remember the gentleman's name that done. My dental work, but he was amazing.

  I have always been terrified of going to a dentist. They make you feel at ease and are patient with you. Dr. Francis is a kind, patient, perfectionist. The entire team are professionals and treat you like family. I encourage everyone to take the drive and experience real professional dedicated team that does not move you through like cattle.   My daughter was referred here, and let just say thank goodness. They did a great job with fillings and make her feel comfortable. The customer service is top notch. It looks like high scale business. The dentist came in and explained everything in detail to us. They also have a really nice waiting room. While my 14 yr old was getting her fillings my 4 and 5 yr old played in a little room with a TV and touch screen game system that even had multiple player games on it. It's a very clean comfortable high scale place. We will be back to finish her dental work and make her my families main provider for dental work. Definitely worth the 1 hr drive

  The building is beautiful the assistant was very kind. My appointment was at 1:30, took 45 minutes just to get in a room. Another hour before my procedure. Had to have a bad tooth extraction and requested the gas, they said ok 88$. I thought that was extremely high but I caved. I have a huge dental phobia. The only reason I came to this clinic is because my favorite and amazing dentist in Chandler, Dickson doesn't take soonercare anymore. I was unimpressed with the extended wait time and was denied more gas after I made it abundantly clear that I was in terrible pain and was extremely nervous. Fancy place but I'm fairly sure it is a revolving door for dentists. On a positive note my mother expressed my complaints because I was far too angry to do it myself and they DID refund my gas charge. I've had extractions before and there has always been some sort of pain pill prescribed, such as high dose ibuprofen or some sort of prescription pain killer, at least 2 days worth. They did not offer or ask how much pain I was experiencing before I left. I regret this decision and would have paid out of pocket happily for a strong dose of ibuprofen or something similar. Don't let the cosmetics of the building fool you.
