Chad A. Catron, DDS
Dr. Chad A. Catron has been practicing dentistry in Stilwell for over 22 years. He graduated from Stilwell High School before attending Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK, for his undergraduate studies. He then completed his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Oklahoma School of Dentistry in 1994. Dr. Catron returned to Stilwell, OK, and established Catron Family Dentistry in 1995, serving the towns and communities around Stilwell and NW Arkansas.
He has completed extensive training in orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. His philosophy as a dentist is to give every patient a better tomorrow. Dr. Catron also continues to serve his community. He has a perpetual membership with the Masonic Lodge, where he is a past master, and is a past president of the Stilwell Kiwanis Club.
Dr. Catron has five children, and all attend the First Christian Church in Stilwell, where he has served as both deacon and elder.

- JWJessica WilliamsAug 21, 20231.0Long story short I had paid cash for a deep cleaning and Covid hit and they stopped cleaning teeth,well as a family of 8 with 6 kids on one income 500 or maybe it was 300 I don’t remember now, is ALOT of money to us.especially in a time nobody is working and not knowing what is gonna happen!I called the office every week for a couple months and they would tell me the person I need to talk to isn’t here she will be here tomorrow.started calling the days they told me and more run around,started leaving messages that I really needed my money back.still nothing not even a call back,finally I asked on my Fb page what I should do and everyone agreed that’s your money do whatever needed to get your money back they offered a service,service wasn’t done!so I left a Fb reveiw and wouldn’t you know I was contacted immediately.the woman was very rude.told me she had to get her daughter out and bring her with her because of everything going on.I’m like well I understand that I have to get all 6 of mine out.I understand it’s a hassle but did they ever think that I couldn’t even get groceries or gas or anything and I needed to feed my 6 kids?It was my money and they were not even rescheduling appointments at that time so why wouldn’t I get my cash pay back?well after I got my money back I took my review down and thought we come to agreement and fixed the problem no hard feelings,well my son went in for his appointment and they refused to do business with my family and turned him away,16 year old boy that come in by himself had to be the one to deal with the your mom made a bad review and we no longer want to see you or anyone else in your family here at the front window where everyone else was waiting!I still get sick to my stomach over it to this day and decided to leave the review because what happened to us was not ok!I didn’t get an apology no not at all I got treated like poo beneath this ladies shoe!
