  Absolutely the rudest encounter i have ever had at GNC!!!! Went to return a protein shake mix and the guy was rude from the start. I wanted to exchange our peanut butter flavored protein for a different flavor because the peanut butter I hated. He then informed me that they all taste the same and was hateful trying to talk for me I could not get a word in trying to tell him I just wanted to exchange for a different flavor not brand he refused to listen even after trying multiple times I asked for my stuff back so I could go somewhere else. He ripped it off the counter and shoved it in my hand and said “WHATEVER DUDE”! Will never come back to this location as long as this person works here!

  I have endo and am getting a rule out for possible chrones disease/ulceritive cholitis as ive been having GI/issues. I asked if they have pea based protein powder. The manager tried explaining why whey is better. I tried to explain that im supposed to stay away from whey according to my dietition and OB but he wouldnt let me speak. I explained I have an adversion/allergies to several things and need to stay away from whey in general. The store manager proceeded to tell me im wrong, my doctors are wrong, and in his years of experience no one actually has an adversion to whey. He wouldnt let me get a word in to try to explain, and was angry I didnt agree with him. I didnt say anything back, I smiled and tried to leave and he yelled out something along the lines of "you can disagree all you want but im right". If it wasnt for the fact that im in the medical field, studying nutritional science, and know exactly what I need I may have listened to him. Hes going to give the wrong advice and seriously hurt someone. All I did was ask where the pea protein powder was, I dont understand why he was so angry lol. Please be careful here.
