Their glasses were covered by our insurance then I called our insurance company to make sure that we were covered there and yes we were. Wear your Sunday best and you might get glasses there When we showed up we were promptly told that NO we could not use our insurance there. Mind you we received an ad from them about our insurance being covered there and I called our insurance to make double sure that it was. Then to be told that it wasn't when we got there was so disturbing. PLUS they were very rude to us. They also told us to go to Walmart and get our glasses there. I was very upset by the way were treated. We then went to Walmart and had a VERY GOOD experience and ordered our glasses there. We DO NOT recommend Eyemart Express in Stillwater, Oklahoma to anyone. Go to Walmart any have a pleasing and productive experience.
