  Patient privacy was not taken seriously—information was given out without proper verification, and an unauthorized person was added to my sister’s contact list without consent. On top of that, my sister was not kept informed about important aspects of her own care. This lack of communication and protection of personal information is unacceptable. Please be cautious and advocate for yourself or your loved ones if receiving care here.

  Don't go for the hernia surgery and I will leave it alone for now. That's for the way I was treated in my head and I am being considerate about it now but I'm not happy with it.

  My boyfriend’s dad came here last night and he has an infection in his arm that you can tell is infected by looking at it. No bloodwork was done. They xrayed him and sent him home with Tylenol. Took him to OU medical center. They did labs work and put him on iv antibiotics.

  I went to the ER around 6:00 pm last night. I had lower right quad pain. Understandably the ER was packed but all and all we were only there for about 2 hours before I got called back. Every time I’ve had to use the ER they have been friendly, professional, kind and caring. It’s for me always been a very good experience. Exactly as you would hope and expect from having to use the ER.
