We kept our appointment with the clinic but a different doctor. We arrived and only one person was in the waiting room. That person was waiting for someone else so we thought it would be another quick visit. Nope, even if we arrived 10 minutes early and we were taken back quickly it was over an hour after our appointment time that the doctor arrived. She gave half excuses about our wait time. We were there for test results and she gave us less than what was available online. Took about 10 minutes it less with us. Her demeanor was not the polite, caring demeanor we were used to at this clinic. We will be looking to go to the location our other doctor was transferred to.
