  This Medical facility is top notch. They are prompt and listen to your issues. Their app is easy to navigate and response is very fast.

  I had a “telehealth” appointment and completed the only patient questionnaire I had received about history and then got connected to the medical assistant, she asked if I had completed the confirmation of my address and insurance section to which I had never received so she stated she was gonna send that via text. Never received that, but I did get a text about little earlier asking for my insurance card and I text them with that, so I told them I never got whatever link she was talking about, that whole thing took about 25 minutes after my appointment time at this point and then copay came into question. I was not able to make my copay so I was told we couldn’t continue with the service and was told to reschedule. I’m coming in to be seen for anxiety and that whole process sent me panicking… not a great avenue for a business… I won’t be returning. No one ever called me the day before to get any information or tell me about making sure I had a copay ready. Most times we can pay later but not here. Thanks anyway.

  This office used to be great and Jackie is an awesome Dr. but this this location has steadily declined in the last several months seemingly since they ramped up their big weight loss scheme with text messages twice a week to/about their patients losing weight ...now requiring a visit every month just to get my 11yr olds inhaler refilled but not letting me know she needs a visit every month until her inhaler is due and they won't call it in until the visit which means it's already past due so this is a medical/ doctors office that doesn't care if children breathe so I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.
