    Came here to help my mother pick out n glasses which is already a tough deal on her she isn't a fan of needing her glasses and struggles to find one she likes. The store selection of frames was low but we eventually found some she was okay with (never once with an employee checking on us but they were busy that day and she had me and I've been an optician myself for years so we weren't as bothered as someone else might have been at the lack of attention) the ordering process was smooth enough and after spending nearly $700 on glasses after insurance we were told a week for the glasses to come in a be ready. My mother had an event she really was hoping to have her glasses in by in 8 days and we were assured a week they'd be in. We called about 5 days later just to check, were told the sunglass lenses came in but not the eyeglass lenses. Totally fine. We called two days later at the week promise date mark and was told now NEITHER lenses were in. (Where had the sunglass lenses go you told me the other day were there???) My mother went up to the store on the 8th day (her event was later that evening) no other customers were in the store and both employees standing at the front of the store completely ignored her until she decided to just leave and come back later. Still no glasses. She went in that following Monday finally got her sunglasses, the lenses were scratched and whoever helped her insisted they weren't, didn't properly fit her glasses to her, the case she recieved was peeing, bent, just beat to hell and didn't even properly fit the glasses (was to big the glasses were banging around the inside of the case) and she ended up leaving. Still no eyeglasses. I'm writing this review now OVER two weeks later and there are still no eyeglasses. I called and when I was told they weren't in I asked to speak to the manager and immediately I could tell he did not want to be talking to me even though between my mother and I I am the more calm and understanding of the two- but instead of any kind of apology or explanation it was an extremely dismissive 'at the mercy of the shipping' comment which to I degree I understand but the lack of care and initiative to communicate with the lab, the shipping company, and the patient is absolutely unacceptable and frustrating as someone who was also a manager of a major chain optical store both with doctors on site and two door agreements locations. I will be calling corporate when they're open on Monday and I will be speaking to someone higher up on how this location is being run because this is absolutely ridiculous- these are people eyes and vision you clearly don't care about. Do better.

    I went here for my first time on Friday. Everyone was helpful and very polite! I was in and out in about an hour and I was told that because their machine was broke i may not get my glasses in an hour unless they could get it fixed when their manager got back with the part. I was fine with that either way because I was used to waiting 2 weeks. Lol But I was amazed at the determination and effort used to continue to serve their customers. Becca C was the associate that waited on me and she was fantastic! She called my insurance company to make sure I used every benefit I had available. I got to the Eyemart at 11am and got a call just before 1 pm letting me know my glasses were ready for pick up! I have them and they are perfect and I am very satisfied with the service and product and would recommend this business to everyone I know! 😊

    I will forever be going back here for all of my eyeglass needs. I feel welcome immediately, even the customers all look content and happy. Customer Service here is Outstanding with everything from understanding my needs and listening, there is no rush or push to finish. Very clean environment. And I walked out feeling I was always welcomed back!! This is so important to me ! I made new friends while waiting for my glasses. Just honest great humans!!
