Only waited a short time for a physician to come in and inform me of the severity of my wound. I was treated fairly quickly, bandaged up, given needed medication. As well as needed meds called in to my preferred pharmacy, before I left. Total time: Less than 1 Hr. 😁 Very professional and friendly staff. Thank You all kindly.

My family has QuikTrip insurance, which is owned by the same company — yet the staff at the front desk never seem to know how to process it. Today, they refused to see my 11-year-old because they claimed our insurance was “inactive.” That’s completely false. My husband has paid for QuikTrip insurance all year, and we’ve used it without a single problem anywhere else. It’s ridiculous that a company affiliated with QuikTrip can’t even figure out its own insurance. Maybe instead of hiring clerks who don’t understand how insurance works, MedWise should hire qualified, trained employees who can do their jobs correctly. Families shouldn’t have to argue just to be seen — especially when it’s their own company’s insurance.
