Pain did not subside for longer than it should of and I left them messages asking for an opinion and of course they were "too busy" to return my calls when it didn't involve shelling out more money for them. Then they send an additional $374 to collections and when I called to complain they said "that is just your balance" and I was "showing my true colors" for being rightfully angry about being charged almost double what I was told. I even offered to split the difference and was told they were still sending to collections. I had gone to them for years prior but will be going elsewhere in the future. In addition to that mess, that shared confidential information to me about a relative of mine, that relative WAS a patient and is unhappy about their information being shared with me. I’m not sure if that is illegal, but it’s definitely unprofessional. Be better…
