- BCBarbara CulbertsonMar 31, 20265.0I had given up trying to wear hearing aids because they kept falling out and hurt and didn’t seem to do that much good. But I was impressed from the time I walked into Josh’s office. A much more thorough exam; extreme courtesy; patience in allowing me to ask questions! These aids fit do not fall out, don’t hurt, I’ve turned down the volume on the TV, and I can HEAR! Also, follow up visits that I never had before! A+++ Will get my husband in soon and recommend to friends!

- JAJeff AndersonJan 20, 20261.0We used to go to this location to see our favorite specialist. He was amazing and so so good to us!! We recently found out that he was fired. For NO reason! We are furious, as are many of our close friends that visit this same location. We have been through countless different specialists in the past. It almost seemed like a new person every month, which became very concerning, considering we spent $10K on hearing aids! We finally found someone who we loved and took amazing care of us and our friends. We truly viewed him as family, that’s how good he was to us!! And they fired him!! We’ve had 5+ different specialists since we started coming here, and the second we got someone who truly cared and helped us, they let him go because he wouldn’t push new hearing aids on us every time we came in. They will act like they care about you, until they get your money, then they kick you to the curb. It seems like they only care about making money, NOT taking care of their patients! I would go ANYWHERE else but here!!!
