  I had my eye exam on Wednesday at the LensCrafters at Quail Springs Mall, and I’m honestly really glad I went—even though I didn’t realize at first that it was located inside the mall. I chose them because they were listed as a top provider under my insurance, and it ended up being a great decision. As a diabetic, I have to get my eyes checked annually, and they offered an advanced imaging option that didn’t require dilation—which I usually dread. Instead of dealing with the discomfort and long-lasting effects of dilation, they took a high-tech image of my eye and walked me through everything during the appointment. It was genuinely interesting and made the whole experience much more comfortable. The doctor was extremely patient and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. His assistant, who helped with scheduling and checkout, was also very kind and helpful. At one point, I even lost one of the sample contacts I was trying, and the doctor replaced it without hesitation and made me feel completely at ease about it. I was definitely caught off guard at first by the location being inside the mall, but the level of care I received more than made up for it. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and professional—I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing an eye exam in the OKC area.

  They got me in for an appointment the very next day, and the office visit was a third of the cost of my typical co-pay. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
