  Great gym for someone needing a quick lift while visiting from out of town. Went in the evenings and was not too busy at all. Plenty of high quality equipment.

  I wanted to take time to share this review based upon a recent experience I had. Back in November, I joined this gym with the goal of getting back in shape and improving my health. From the time I joined, I maintained a steady routine, and I was accomplishing my goals, but… late February, I fell into a depression, and I began to deal with challenges that set me back from my routine and goals. During that moment, it was pretty dark… and I was having a hard time getting back to the routine. A week ago, my father expressed to me that the gym was trying to contact me. He thought it was to pay late fees, but little did I know that it was them checking on me. That Thursday or Friday, I checked my email, which I barely do, and noticed I received a message from the general manager. She… was just checking on me and asked if I were doing okay. I expressed to her my challenges and that I miss being there and with the community. She expressed, “We care about you, and you are important to us and…. A vital part of our community!” She then stated that someone paid all my fees and to show up Monday morning. The amount of support from the morning community has been amazing. My first day back the community members didn’t ask, where you been? But asked, are you doing okay?, Are you holding up well? We missed you! And so much more… We live in a time where most gyms feel too commercial, people don’t feel safe or valued, most don’t feel even comfortable at all. This gym has been the opposite of all of that. We greet each other, we care for each other, and just having that support saved my life. I want to say thank you to all the staff for taking the time to make me feel like I’m not just a membership number but an actual human being.

  Advertising a pool on your front page? Pool is permanently closed. Wasted my time to get there just to find out I've been mislead. Kind staff. Looking further, it seems the pool has been closed for YEARS. Why are you advertising it? You don't have to scroll down too long on the reviews to see what type of gym this is.
