I had great service from Christopher when I went in. He knew exactly what frames would look good on my face and he listened to me when I explained what I was looking for in color of frames.

My experience picking out glasses was great, however, when I returned because the lenses caused a “fishbowl” effect, the customer service was completely different. After chatting with an employee about these issues, I was told that my eyes needed to adjust to the new lenses and I should continue to wear them until the issue resolved. This was not an issue of my eyes adjusting but more so an issue that the lenses were not measured and placed correctly for my eyes. Continuing to wear the glasses was not an option I was interested in, as they gave me motion sickness from the warped edges. As soon as I mentioned wanting to go through with the return process, the employee’s demeanor changed. The employee no longer engaged in polite conversation with us, answering all statements/questions with blunt and short answers. We felt very alienated from the rest of the store, and we will not be returning because of this. Overall, I was really disappointed by the lack effort to help resolve the issue because I really liked the frames.
