I can see 20/20 already i’m extremely satisfied with my experience especially with how kind and helpful staff were to me, they explained to me all the processes and reassured my worries. I also HAVE to mention the fact that they give you everything you could possibly need in a bag! it has sunglasses, protective goggles, 2 types of eyedrops and probiotics, including some tylenol and vitamins to take while healing, and an instruction manual that has a link to a video explaining how and when to use the products. The procedure was not painful and very fast! it’s recommended that you sleep after the procedure and I was able to see results that night! Dr Belardo was my surgeon and he was very kind and patient with me and was talking with me throughout the procedure. This place is amazing at what they do. the results are worth every cent

I'm also glad I didn't listen to one of the other eye care places because they told me I did not qualify for this surgery and tried to get me to do a procedure that was extremely expensive.

Everything they told me was spot on with regards to the surgery and the staff made sure that I was aware of the risks as well as spent the time needed to make sure my eyesight was spot on. They did multiple checks for my vision to make sure that I had what I needed. The surgery was 15 or so minutes and was very easy. All that said I have to address that though the staff was amazing and the process personalized. I got in at 1:40 PM and didn’t leave till 5:30PM. I had an appointment at 2:15PM and the surgery at 3:30PM. I wasn’t ushered back into the surgery room till 5 PM. The staff was amazing and kind as well as apologetic and understanding. But Lord have mercy I was losing my mind. Lastly the building is weirdly placed and due to the time it takes to drive there the numbing drops wore off before I got home. This was incredibly painful until I was able to make it home and sleep as they suggested. That said, the money they saved on proper scheduling equipment they sank into the surgery and staff. Which I have a hard time balancing. Overall if these are the only complaints I have for the next 30 years then I don’t know if that is too bad.
