The lenses they use are cheap and are designed in a way that allows smudging for cost savings and they'll try to up-sell you on lens warranties to replace their low quality lenses.

I believe I stayed with them for HOURS trying to get them in and out for the first time. I was so frustrated and embarrassed with myself but the ladies and the doctor were so kind/patient with me and very supportive. So I thank you them from the bottom of my heart.
