  We show for our 1st appointment at 3 PM and waited until 330 PM and was not even greeted.

  Called to make an appointment and waited weeks for a call to talk about why therapy was needed. Had the call and we were told it would be a week or 2 before we were matched with a therapist. It’s been almost 3 months waiting for a therapist to be assigned to us.

  We took my son here for an intake appointment months ago and never received any services after. We tried to schedule an appointment several times only to be met with I will call you when get back to my office. They called today to ask if we would like my son discharged from services. This place is a complete waste of time. My son has received more support and emotional skills from his school counselor.

  We have been coming here for a few months now. The person we talks to you in a way that makes you feel horrible. No front desk person so have to sit and wait so far we are 25 mins and no one has help us
