Then when texting my agent he was able to confirm the I did have the PPO plan. Went back into the store and was able to pick it my glasses. When returning to pick them up Icould not see out of them. The resident that wrote my script did not write it correctly. Lens Crafters made them exactly how it was written. Now I have to call my ophthalmologist and have the doctor, not the resident, redo my test. I have TED in one eye only and need prisms for it. For some reason the resident put one in my good eye which messed it all up. Lens Crafters insured me they would correct them as soon as the doctor writes the correct script. Thanks Lens Crafters for all you did trying to make my glasses work for me. I'll be back as soon as I can. 🤗
