He’s an excellent communicator, truly listens, and works to get to the root of your needs. The office staff, however, leaves much to be desired. The front-desk ladies are often disengaged, absorbed in their phones or personal conversations, and not very welcoming. I agree with other reviews on that point. Still, don’t let the staff deter you from seeing a great doctor. Get your prescription and go! You’ll be glad you chose Dr. Vervack.
