Madison specifically was so wonderful in making sure I was prepared and walked me through everything. All the ladies were so nice!

I was intimidated to try this but loved the intensity, staff is friendly and genuine, place is very clean and runs on time. This was my first spin class -loved the coaching, loved that it was in the dark, and I liked the communal but also individual approach. I felt like I was competing against my self and not the whole room. I’d recommend trying it!
