- ECEvelyn CSep 30, 20252.0I am not one to write reviews, although this review needs to happen. I’ve been with Dr. Wilks for a little over 10 years now. She’s always attentive and wonderful. I’ve always had a positive experience with Dr. Wilks. I cannot say the same for the receptionist staff recently. After back and forth miscommunication, no call backs, 6 attempts to even reach anyone. All of this frustration while experiencing a miscarriage is very disheartening. I did not want to switch OBGYN’s, because Dr. Wilks is truly my favorite. Although I had no choice but to make it happen. Unfortunately if the communication end isn’t addressed soon, I sense more patients starting to leave as well.

Sometimes appointments were brief but overall all my questions were answered, aswell as concerns taken care of. Thanks to her extra attention and close monitoring she was able to make sure my first born baby was delivered safely recommending an unexpected c section from being born and without knowing til the procedure going on , the umbilical cord had been wrapped around his neck 3x as well as having 2 whole knots in the cord itself. Definitely blessed with her attention and care for us. Trust this woman with my life. Wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. She truly saved us🤍.
- ZPZoe PalmerJan 31, 20251.0I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Wilks in the past; however, my past appointment was no longer than 3 minutes and I was completely brushed off. It was a very disappointing experience. I told her exactly what I needed, and it was not done. I have had to deal with these issues since then, knowing that most of these issues would have been resolved if only I had been taken care of properly.
