  Great place to have all your med needs taken care of. The desk staff, nurses, and MD's are great. They address all your needs and take the time to listen. Dr Norcom is the best. Very thankful for him.

  Being a Senior Citizen in this high-tech information age, I notice with all of the instant access to and sharing of information being different than in days past to several key points. Firstly the lost art of consumer (customer, patient) service. I perceive Archwell as breaking through this barrier. Second the staff from the Administrative Assistants, Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and my Physician are genuine in delivering compassionate, patient care to me. Third I feel safe with security staff in place each time that I visit. Lastly, I favor the online patient portal as being relatively simple to use and comprehend. All of these things equate to a very positive experience for me in receiving the very best of senior patient care. Thank you Archwell.

  I am very pleased with my dealings with ArchWell, (. especially Stephani at the south Oklahoma City Location). My involvement has not been with medical personell but with getting friend set up. She is 94 years old and can be very critical, but was extremely impressed with the medical personnel she dealt with. This seems to be the best answer for elderly or others people with limited mobility as they coordinate so many things they need.
