- KSKelly SullivanFeb 26, 20251.0One of my hearing aids stopped working. I made an appointment last week. My experiences have always been good except this one John and Travis worked. Travis was awesome but John wasn’t so friendly usually when I walk in they ask to clean my hearing aids and John did not and I am use to friendliness when waiting asking how I am doing John said nothing to me until I left. Not what I am used to when coming to this office.

He has taken all the time that was necessary to fit my mother with hearing aids and make sure she understands all her options and how to use them to maximize her hearing.
