  The mammogram and ultrasound were great. No complaints. Staff were all friendly and respectful. I had to go back for 2 needle biopsies. Uncomfortable and slightly painful, but overall, no real complaints. The radiologist is a rockstar with lidocaine! The after care is where the 3 stars comes in to play. No one called to check to see how I was doing after. My regular doctor called me with results a day before PBH called. When PBH called, it was the ultrasound tech, not the radiologist, and she seemed really uncomfortable that I had follow up questions and wanted more info than "just cysts". I really like Megan, but as a patient, I would expect more information. I had to press to ask what to do next and what to do about the cysts and was told to just live with them unless they bother me, then talk to a breast surgeon. I was given zero information about what to watch for, when to reach out, or even asked if the cysts are already bothering me too possibly give me a referral to a surgeon. Ductal ecstasia is very uncomfortable to painful. Certainly not something a medical professional should recommend "just living with". I also have a complex medical history that they are well aware of, so nothing is ever "just" in my situation. I would go back for procedures and certainly adjust my expectations on what to expect afterward. So procedures? 4-5 stars. After care? 1-2 stars. Average it out to a 3.

  I highly recommend Premier Breast Health for mammograms and diagnosis. A huge thank you to Ms. Inhofe for getting me scheduled so quick!

  My suggestion is because I am pissy at this place. Do not use PBH!!. I was told they don't even file with your insurance because most don't cover what I am having done. When I ask how I file, he stumbles over his words and says I have to wait 30 days and then contact their billing department for an itemized bill. Will be canceling future appointments and going to Saint Francis, where I was treated more like a person and not income!
