  Do not entrust a loved one to this company. My mother was a patient with them for several years. For the first year, they were amazing. In the past year, however, they got new management and the quality of service has greatly suffered for it. In the course of 6 months, they drove away a number of nurses, social workers, and shower aides who’d provided quality care for more that 5 years with the company. A couple had been there over 10. The management style is cruel and abusive. The workers are miserable and it shows in their words and their actions. I got my mother out of there before they killed her. We are with a group called Excel now and they are wonderful.

  We had a wonderful experience for the short amount of time we needed their assistance. The staff that visited were all very helpful and caring.

  The staff at Faith Hospice not only treated our mother with dignity and respect, they did not leave her bed side through the night when we could not be there. That gave us so much comfort and peace. On top of the grace they displayed, they ensured that the staff at the facility our mother was at where doing what they were supposed to do as far as her care. The Faith Hospice staff made sure we had their direct line, 24 hours a day, if we had questions or concerns about our mother. They made sure mom was not suffering and was as comfortable as possible. The difference they made in a very sad and stressful time was immeasurable.
