  Do not entrust a loved one to this company. My mother was a patient with them for several years. For the first year, they were amazing. In the past year, however, they got new management and the quality of service has greatly suffered for it. In the course of 6 months, they drove away a number of nurses, social workers, and shower aides who’d provided quality care for more that 5 years with the company. A couple had been there over 10. The management style is cruel and abusive. The workers are miserable and it shows in their words and their actions. I got my mother out of there before they killed her. We are with a group called Excel now and they are wonderful.

  Brittany Thomas was incredible. She went above and beyond to help us bring my dad home from the hospital the same day, even with us living over 2 hours away. She checked in on us and truly made it possible for him to pass peacefully at home with us. We’ll never forget her thoughtfulness!

  My mom wasn’t always appreciative of the effort people made to keep her comfortable at the end of her life. The nurses and staff from Traditions were patient and caring regardless of the circumstances. I’m grateful for the quality of care my mom received from Traditions Health Hospice.

  We had a wonderful experience for the short amount of time we needed their assistance. The staff that visited were all very helpful and caring.

  Traditions has been extremely helpful and kind to my mom in memory care. Thank you for such compassionate care.
