  Had a problem getting my address verified.. I started to think it was personal but I guess it wasn't . I believe the process is just set up in the most differcult way.

  If you get a coupon that tells u come back and you'll get a $100 bonus $50 for two donations don't go because the donor center will not pay you. For one management waits until the end of the day to give it to u (NOT when you're done donating like a normal God fearing facility would do) but not only that THEY WILL FAIL TO GIVE IT TO U AT ALL! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAD HAIRNET SO BOTH MY DONATIONS WERE REGULAR DONATIONS AND I HAVE TO CALL AND BEG TOMORROW FOR THE MONEY I EARNED! I'M NOT ASKING FOR NOTHING FOR FREE! Fire them! Bro CSL isn't even this incompetent. Fire management! Your donors are the reason you're here and YOU can't even remember to pay them?? Yeah don't go until you're a new donor every 6 months so that way you're not waiting for them to give u the money you went for!

  There’s enough ppl in these comment's to start a boycott and turn ppl around 😂. I mean theres other places ppl can go. I know the staff members are the best team of workers. Ppl have their own experiences here or where ever and it matter only to the right group of ppl. These reviews/comments are repeated similar complaints. The surveys given doesn’t justify when a problem occurs. Even staff members does these same surveys to keep the company flowing with positive reviews. Yes, good days are good but the bad days are a time where it should matter. To fix the problems we know these apps are only good for “ Show”. How’s about giving ppl a contact number they can really excuse themselves their issues or an app that holds you accountable. There are many time management make last minute adjustments. How about put up times frame/window for receiving new donors to customers daily. How’s about payouts being corrected the first time not at the end of day and no payouts for 5days of the next donation. KED plasma I know y’all go stuff to take care of and the ppl do too. Can you guys get together with them big brains and figure it. Everybody what’s to get to the bag no matter what it is but hey just like god gives it he can take it right back. Do right by ppl and for the ppl in the front if you don’t know go get help. Everybody want to get paid but don’t what to do the wrk.

  I wish I could give NO stars. Rude staff. My wife wanted to donate today and I called ahead. I was told she needed to be there by 5:00 P.M.(an hour early before closing time of 6:00 P.M. due to her being a new donor). We walked 3 miles, had to take two city transit busses, but still arrived to check in at 4:13 P.M.. At wich time we were THEN told nobody came to work today to be able to process new donors. When asked why I was not told this before over the phone, I was told "Well people have the right to go home or not come to work if need be". Completely ignoring my question. Yet looking around the place there was about 12 'white coat clad' employees just sitting around laughing and just having themselves a good ol' time. So now the time is 4:17 P.M. and they are basically closing early??? I ask "So you are deciding to close early?" My reply to that was "No Sir, We stay open until 6:00 P.M.". So our encounter with this establishment is that it is ran by Staff that don't want to staff, with attitudes that say "Our donors are a nuisance and we have better things to do, (Go home early, or not even show up because I got better things to do.)" We will be making as many posts as we can, and getting everyone we can to do the same and give out negative reviews to KEDPLASMA. Should be KIDplasma, because it's operated by KIDS not Adults.
