Dr. Panchal would take my call (on his cell phone) anytime I had a question or concern. After the procedure I was more than impressed with the results. Even after everything was done I do not feel alone in this healing process. They have encouraged me to reach out even with the smallest need. During my follow up appointments I truly felt that the staff cared for me and showed extra attention due to the fact I felt weak and winded. I would definitely recommend Genesis Plastic Surgery!! Dr. Panchal & staff are all so responsive and caring!!
