    Kenton was a star. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful when I was choosing my new glasses after wearing the same pair for the past 10 years. Even though I came in relatively close to closing time, he made sure to take the time and remain attentive to my needs as a customer without having me feel rushed through the process. With that being said, the promise was that my glasses would be done in no longer than an hour, they were done in 17min! Talk about under promise and over deliver! Couldn’t get faster service at a Chick-fil-A! Even though Google only allows me to do 5 stars, Eyemart Express gets an 11/10 in my book for fast, quality service, and knowledge, friendly staff. I will be coming back for all of my eyeglass needs in the future!

    Kinsleigh was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. She made us feel right at home with her smile and upbeat attitude. I have already recommended her and this store to several friends!

    I had a horrible experience at this location, Kinsleigh the tech that helped us is not trained enough her customer service skills is 0 and friendliness to customers is 0 and attention to helping youth is 0 she lacks experience she does not talk to the customer nor is she helpful to someone who has never been in their location, no eye contact, no conversation, didnt explain anything at all. I left there with no explanation regarding eye glass care nothing. if you are looking to purchase cheep but beautiful glasses this is the place, if your looking for friendly considerate understanding with wiliness to help you to be a satisfied customer, Do not i repeat!!!!
