  I’m writing this to warn others about this company’s deceptive practices. What starts as a 'free class' is actually bait to lock you into a contract without your consent or signature. They are extremely aggressive with their billing and refuse to acknowledge that no agreement was ever made. Save yourself the stress: do not give them your payment information, and if you’ve already been charged, contact your credit card company for a dispute immediately.

  Began getting emails from this cyclebar despite never having signed up. I don't even live in Norman,ok. Tried calling multiple times, and nobody answers the phone. Ever! Their inbox is full, probably from people trying to cancel, but the customer service is beyond dreadful. I also tried to email them m multiple times, but it is the same story as calling.

  This is a terrible place. The workouts are good, but it’s a nightmare to cancel. Took 6 months, and they never reply to emails. Takes them weeks. Extremely predatory behavior

  They constantly call you to get you to schedule a ride but as soon as you want to cancel they are impossible to get a hold of. I went in person 3 times and have sent multiple emails in the past month and still have been unable to cancel my subscription.

  I enjoyed the workouts but my schedule wouldn’t really allow me to utilize the sessions regularly. I have been trying to cancel my membership since June. I’ve emailed, called, texted, and gone in person but haven’t received any response. They have charged me for two additional months since my initial request and now will have to go to my bank to ensure I don’t get charged for additional months since they have been unresponsive. I would have considered coming back in the future, but after this experience trying to cancel, I will never go back and don’t recommend anyone else go.
