Tried calling multiple times, and nobody answers the phone. Ever! Their inbox is full, probably from people trying to cancel, but the customer service is beyond dreadful. I also tried to email them m multiple times, but it is the same story as calling.

- ESEmma StubbySep 20, 20251.0They constantly call you to get you to schedule a ride but as soon as you want to cancel they are impossible to get a hold of. I went in person 3 times and have sent multiple emails in the past month and still have been unable to cancel my subscription.

I’ve emailed, called, texted, and gone in person but haven’t received any response. They have charged me for two additional months since my initial request and now will have to go to my bank to ensure I don’t get charged for additional months since they have been unresponsive. I would have considered coming back in the future, but after this experience trying to cancel, I will never go back and don’t recommend anyone else go.
