  Did not do pre auth. These guys takes customers lightly. I ordered a medicine 10 days ago. Went to pharmacy to pick it up and found out I have to pay for the medicine from my pocket. My insurance takes care of it. This place is fishy. Will be updating more

  I do not recommend the PA at this office.I saw Christy Neuhaus in December after waiting 7 months for an appointment. She came into the exam room, dressed like she had been out feeding livestock and told me the various spots I had were old age in a dismissive manner and tone. She had one foot out the door when I insisted she remove the large ones. She was not happy about doing it. I told her I grew up in Florida and have had skin cancer several times previously and insisted on a cancer check. She sighed and asked where expecting me to show her every mark on my 69yo body. I expected her to look all over but she glanced over my face, I had to pusher to look at my scalp and out the door--the whole thing less than 10 minutes. I wrote it off to personality conflict & told myself I would never go back but I didn't write at that time. Fast forward 3 months: Went to my primary today and from across the room he says the dime size red spot on my nose is basal cell cancer. This spot has been there for over a year. How could she miss something so obvious? She removed an age spot 2 inches from the cancer. I am extremely angry but I have been referred to a dermatologic surgeon. Hopefully they will remove this without some huge scar. I hope Christy has good malpractice insurance.

  They are amazing and I’ve never had a problem. Best dermatologist I’ve had in like 20yrs.

  DO NOT go see Christy Niehues. She was very sassy and dismissive of what I was telling her about my situation. I came in with an infected cyst that she insisted was “just irritated”. Well since she didn’t believe me about the symptoms I was experiencing, I had to have an emergency irrigation and debridement, but only after another week of extreme pain, discomfort, and increasing swelling and redness. I guess she doesn’t have much experience with or compassion for patients who have urgent matters.

  Got there 20 minutes early to the scheduled time, they wanted us there 15 minutes early on the mychart. Ended up waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room. The waiting room was not kid friendly at all. The Dr and staff were nice.
