  The bigger woman who sits at the front desk was rude. I noticed she greeted everyone who walked thru the door and even put them on a waiting list. I asked to be put on a waiting list as well and she asked what for and told me another lady would help me. She didn't acknowledge me until my child got up from his seat and then she looked at me and said to not let my child play. He wasnt playing at all. I watched 4 people get helped before me who came in after me. Thankfully the man who is always there helped me before I got too mad and said something. Hes been there a long time like she has been but he stays professional.

  Very friendly and helpful, and got my glasin about 35 min, outstanding work.

  They were fairly busy and seemed to be understaffed, which led to long wait times and some impatience. When an associate finally had time for us, she was polite, helpful, and apologized multiple times for the long wait. I think service would be substantially better if they had more employees on the floor.

  The service was top notch! My eye mart representative helped me to find a new pair of prescriptions as well as fix my old broken pair. My eye sight is terrible and it only took a few days for my new glasses to arrive. I will continue to be a customer as well as let people know about the tremendous service and support they offer for one’s eyes.
