Been here for 6 hours already on a very slow day with no end in sight. Nurses don't have time to answer questions.

We were transferred here from another hospital because they had urologist on staff, 4 days and not one answer! They starved my 88 year old husband and said surgery was at 8 pm. A urologist came in and got hateful walked out and after that not a thing was done. They kept him 4 days and the dr finally told us we need to take him to our own drs, but would not discharge him. We finally had to walk out and head to the door to get discharge papers! Worst hospital in Oklahoma! Btw. You can refuse to be moved to a hospital. If you get injured in this parking lot DO NOT go in! Drive yourself to Tulsa! They do not know what they are doing here. They are only worried about the yard and parking lot! Stay away from st Francis south and main too. This hospital is ALL ABOUT INSURANCE FRAUD! They get you in and just hold you with out doing anything to help you! I agree it’s a joke to call this a hospital! ZERO STAR!

Absolutely never come back here. If I were stabbed in the parking lot fly me somewhere else. I have been here for 3 nights with my dad (88) who was sent for a urologist specialist from Claremore and supposed to have prostate surgery. They cut his food off at midnight. The Dr came in said he is riddled all over with cancer and it probably started in the bladder and they could take a byopciy while the Uroligist is doing his procedure at 8 pm. He has a cash cow mass in his lung too which dad doesn't want to deal with right now he just wants to be able to pee again so we waited till the urologist Wilkins finally at 6 pm came to tell us he can't do the surgery because he needs us to get his past history from dads other Uroligist which come to find was on his mychart and they had the whole time. And told him he can't do anything for him. It's to risky and scared my dad to death.Very dismissive and rude. (hasn't eaten since 12 midnight) Leaves doesn't inform the nurses or Dr that he isn't doing the surgery so they have no clue we're not having surgery until I go out to the nurses desk a hour and half later because they had a patient pass and I saw they were busy dealing with things to ask them why no one is bringing him anything to eat or drink if he doesn't get to have his surgery and when are we being released. Apologies galore and blah blah. Yet we have to stay another day for blood work which they never came to get. Days of empting his follie myself because they never check it. The only nurse that has really done it is the young man on night shift . Now we are supposed to be released today and of course we were told 8am and they just came to get blood work and are dragging it out until noon to charge another day for the insurance. Only gave 1 star so I could post this comment . It's 11:55 The floor Dr has been here every day at 8-9. Call your insurance company and go over your bill. Just saying

ER needs more training. Visit was on 2/5/26, around 12p. I wasn't the best patient, but I still deserve to be treated ethically. I don't care how much stress you are all under, you don't get to raise your voice at a patient. EVER!!! Besides that, the ER nurse in charge gave me aspirin, which is an NSAID. Read my chart, I have gastritis. You can't give NSAID's to patients that have my issue. Do better research or find another career, ER nurses. You have money to upgrade the hospital buildings, find a better ER staff to serve the public. 2 thumbs up to triage and my nurse, CHRISTIAN!!!!!!

Horrendous Hospital if youd call it that and even more of a horrendous doctor (Dr. Bradley Mcintosh). My wife was seeing him and hit multiple brick walls when asking questions due to complications in the pregnancy. In continuous effort of trying to get someone in his office to listen to the pain of my wife we went to the ER at Saint Francis in Muskogee per his offices instructions. In which zero orders were put in for anything after admission. They were not expecting us what so ever. They also acted like she was a burden as soon as we came through the door. After all of that she was diagnosed with a "cold" never seen by her OB that sent us, never seen by the attending, and barely seen by even one of the nursing staff. No test, just, this is what is go home until you almost die. Needless to say we went to Tulsa did multiple different test shortly after arrival and now I'm seeing my daughter today for high risk safety concerns and actually get to raise her with my beautiful wife instead of burying her like good ol' Christian Dr. Bradley Mcintosh wanted.
