They have gone the extra mile to make sure the whole process was custom tailored to help me find the best equipment for my hearing needs. I'd recommend anyone with questions or concerns to give them a chance to help

  Buyer beware!!! I bought a pair of hearing aids about 4 years ago. They worked out great. So I decided to order me another pair. Little did I know that i would be robbed blind by Steve Dyke, the salesman behind miracle ear in Muskogee. He made an impression of my ear and sent off for them. When they came in , the hearing aids were too small. I told Steve this and so he mailed it back. I went a month without any hearing aids. When they finally came back they were still the same as they were before. I kept trying to tell Steve that these were not the size that I paid for. He treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. He then conned me into sending them back in again. Again I went another month without any hearing aids. When they came back they were still the same small hearing aids that I was trying to get fixed. That is when I asked for a refund. Steve Dyke said no I couldn't have a refund because the aid was past it's 90 day warranty. When it was being sent back and forth from the manufacturer. I have worn hearing aids my whole life and so I am very dependent upon the aids to function. I was forced to take the small hearing aids and make do. I spent $7,500 for 2 hearing aids that were too small and had way too much feedback. I took the hearing aid to a competing hearing aid dealer and they made the hearing aids wearable. Avoid at all costs!!! Steve and his team will seem all friendly but that's only because they want to rip you off with their poor quality sounding hearing aids. There are other hearing aid dealership in and around Muskogee. I recommend checking them out first and stearing clear of this dishonest establishment.

  This miracle ear is hands down the best audiologist we have ever been to including Washington state. Mrs dyke is amazing makes u feel like family ❤️

  They are literally sending advertising to a dead man who never even lived at the address with "Second notice" time sensitive information to the address. Once again they are sending things to a dead person. How reliable can there staff be? Update: they contacted me apologizing profusely and gave instructions on how to contact corporate to get this corrected. Corporate essentially said "so what, just throw them away". They proceeded to send additional mailings stating the deceased guy should call "to schedule a followup conversation about hearing aids". Absolutely questionable marketing tactics, which for a medical supply company (audiology related) is about as slimy as it gets.
