    They are literally sending advertising to a dead man who never even lived at the address with "Second notice" time sensitive information to the address. Once again they are sending things to a dead person. How reliable can there staff be? Update: they contacted me apologizing profusely and gave instructions on how to contact corporate to get this corrected. Corporate essentially said "so what, just throw them away". They proceeded to send additional mailings stating the deceased guy should call "to schedule a followup conversation about hearing aids". Absolutely questionable marketing tactics, which for a medical supply company (audiology related) is about as slimy as it gets.

    I absolutely hate my hearing aids. Worst purchase I have ever made. I would only recommend them to my worst enemy and that's about it. They won't trade me out without me spending thousands more. Never again!
